NASCAR SPEEDPARK TO HOST INAUGURAL NASCAR SPEEDPARK DAY
Family Friendly Fall Festival Event to Benefit Junior Achievement

September 11, 2006, Myrtle Beach, S.C. - - - - - - - Representatives from NASCAR SpeedPark today announced they will host NASCAR SpeedPark Day, a family friendly fall festival charity event, on September 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at all five North American locations in Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Concord, N.C.; Sevierville, Tenn.; St. Louis, Mo.; and Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to JA Worldwide, the world's largest and fastest-growing non-profit economic education organization aiding more nearly 7 million students in 100 countries worldwide.

Offering a variety of family activities, NASCAR SpeedPark Day will feature a driver look-a-like contest, a corn-on-the-cob eating contest, face painting and photo opportunities with NASCAR SpeedPark's official mascot, Sparkie the Sparkplug. Guests are also invited to visit the NASCAR SpeedPark Day Pumpkin Patch where they may chose a pumpkin to decorate and take home as a NASCAR SpeedPark Day souvenir.

Guests may also purchase $1 raffle tickets for a chance to win a variety of NASCAR merchandise including autographed leather jackets and NASCAR themed games as well as four complimentary tickets to a NASCAR Nextel Cup race. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the NASCAR Foundation, which is a charitable organization designed to support the causes important to NASCAR and their communities. The NASCAR Foundation provides a connection between communities, the sport, drivers, owners, race teams, tracks, sponsors and fans when it comes to public service and charitable efforts.
